  TERRIBLE LOCATION. SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED!!! I had an online order that was supposed to be ready long after I got to the store but still I waited 30 minutes no one ever helped me out because the one person behind the register was too busy helping the other customers to even address the other people that were also waiting there for their online orders and I had enough time to call the customer service number and get a refund for my order while I was waiting there.. that’s how slow and understaffed this place is lol seriously don’t go here save yourself the time and money and save these ppl the work they so very clearly don’t need

  This location is a freaking joke. Kitchen was filthy, girl making my burrito stood there and literally shook half the meat off the serving spoon, and couldn’t wrap a burrito for her life. This location won at making the smallest burrito since I’ve been eating Chipotle going back all the way to 2006.

  Horrible service. Came to pick up an order and stood there for a bit. When someome finally acknowledged me she said the other girl was getting it ready (it was one bowl item and a guac). The girl preparing the order (or what I thought) looked as if she didnt want to be there and all of us was bothering her. As I sat and watched her make order after order and still not the one I was there to pick up icluding drive thur orders, I left. I would never go back to this location. Just go a couple of minutes down the street to the others on McDowell to receive better service. It also wasn't busy fyi and one person that was there before me.

  Fursr I have to say I love this new location and rhe reason for the 4 stars is that they are not a drive-thru option like one would think based on the exterior layout. The "Drive-thru " is only to pick up mobile orders. I was excited when I thought this would have a drive-thru option and yes everyone is going to say download the app but I hate that everyone and every business wants you to download and app adding to the 100 I already have downloaded. So outside of the drive-thru the staff was super friendly, even recommending their new options and quick. The place was very clean and I admire that in a Chipotle dont like seeing the serving area a mess and this one was nice and clean.
