I guess it was a good thing it was only nugget sized because it was disgusting, and they overcooked it. This location should change the name to chick n nuggets because the chicken is no where filet size. This place epitomizes shrink flation. Also, you can't provide feedback on their website because they don't print the serial number on the receipt, how convenient.

I have officially had the funniest—and honestly most impressive—fast food/customer service experience of my life. 😂 I went through the Chick-fil-A drive-thru to pick up an online order. Everything was completely normal. I pulled up, an employee brought my food out, handed it to me, and said, “Have a good day!” So I left. Or so I thought. Unbeknownst to me, my salad had apparently been left behind in the bag. I had already driven out of the Chick-fil-A parking lot and was sitting at the traffic light at the corner when a truck pulled up next to me. The guy in the truck says: “Hey, I think you forgot something at Chick-fil-A. There’s an employee running after you through the 7-Eleven parking lot.” 😂😂😂 I look over and, sure enough, there is a Chick-fil-A employee BOOKING IT after me. This man had chased me out of the Chick-fil-A parking lot, through the 7-Eleven parking lot, and all the way to the traffic light where I was sitting. We’re talking at least 200 yards, and this absolute legend even hopped a small block wall along the way. He finally reaches my car, completely out of breath, hands me my forgotten food, and after I thanked him… HE STILL SAID “MY PLEASURE!” 😂😂😂 My guy just ran what looked like a full Olympic qualifying event through a gas station parking lot, hurdled a wall, chased down a customer at a traffic light, and STILL had enough Chick-fil-A spirit left in him to deliver the legendary “My pleasure.” I believe his name was Mitchel, although I’m not 100% sure I heard it correctly. If that’s not his name, he absolutely knows who he is. I’ve never had an employee go THAT far—literally and figuratively—to make sure I got my order. Chick-fil-A, if your management team sees this: PLEASE find this man and give him the recognition he deserves. Most places would probably say, “Oops, we forgot the salad.” This guy said, “Absolutely not. I WILL FIND THIS CUSTOMER.” 😂 10/10 customer service. 11/10 cardio. 12/10 commitment. And an infinite/10 “My pleasure.” Give this man a raise, a medal, or at the very least a glass of water. 😂👏

At the end she said my pleasure but it didn’t feel like it did normally at Chick-fil-A it felt very forced and kind of rude. I have always lived close to a Chick-fil-A and never have I felt like they did not want my business or my money till today.
