  Despite having a long line and being the only cashier for dine in, Beatriz was calm cool and collected. She made sure that each customer had amazing service. Beatriz acknowledged that the gal in front of me was a return customer. I had ordered an iced coffee and she noted it could come with the order and even offered a water for while a waited. It is the little things that put a cherry on top and Beatriz did that even when many would feel stressed with the line. Food was good as always. The added notes about this restaurant was that there was coloring pages on the counter and crayons. This was extremely helpful to keep a toddler entertained while we waiting for food. The live flowers at the table are also a nice touch.

  I want to leave this review to shout out Joy. She is such a hard worker. She was moving so fast getting people their food and making that drive-through line move. Joy has outstanding work ethic!

  Worst experience ever at chikfila! The individual Natasha who took my order was rude, and didn’t get my order correct. Didn’t even say thank you or have a great night, like we were an inconvenience to her. I received my order and explained that the drinks and sauces were incorrect. The blonde haired lady came out confrontational, didn’t even try to apologize or make it right. I’m pretty sure she thought she was going to do something and failed. Because it seems like she’s used to bullying and being rude to paying customers. I explained that I didn’t ask for lemonade frosting or whatever it was we received and she said no that’s what you ordered. She said there was nothing they can do and there were no other drink options. She was worse than the person who took my order!!!!! While in drive thru I noticed a male blue shirt employee eating in the back where food is being prepared. The manager who I last spoke to was the only professional person I encountered and attempted to make right. I gave back the frost drink because that was not what I ordered. I didn’t ask for anything free, I asked for what I ordered!!!!! I will be contacting corporate.

  This is normally a pretty decent chick-fil-a. However, tonight, I put in a mobile order and sent my husband to pick it up. I really wanted a Cobb salad. I asked for no tomatoes, no egg, and add black beans/corn. Instead I got a very bland salad. Lettuce, cheese, chicken and bacon. No corn, no black beans, and no packet of my favorited charred cherry bell peppers in my bag. Very disappointed in this $10 salad that did not fulfill my craving. Next time I’ll be sure to double check, if I return to this location.
