  Came, out on a Wednesday night around 8:00pm our server was Brittany- the table was dirty, she seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Asked for water never got our water- she only checked on us one time. When asked for the bill she took about 10 mins to come get the cash, bring back my change, will never go back here again bad service-

  Saddest $25 I spent. The boneless Teriyaki wings might as well have been plain. They also switched up their chicken to batter ratio because you get more bread than you do chicken. It was a sad night tonight.

  My experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I placed an “ASAP” pickup order at 1:25 AM and received confirmation it was being prepared. I arrived at 1:35 AM and wasn’t acknowledged until 1:47 AM, despite multiple employees clearly seeing me waiting. When I was finally helped, I was given conflicting information—first that they might not have enough wings, then that all orders had to be placed by 1:29 AM, and then at 1:57 AM the kitchen manager, Isaiah Banks-Baird, said that wasn’t true. He then claimed the order was scheduled for 11 AM, even though it had already been accepted and I selected “ASAP.” By that point, I had already been waiting 20+ minutes with no real answers. The most concerning part: my order was canceled at 1:52 AM while I was physically in the store, and no one informed me. I had to repeatedly ask for updates, and no proof of cancellation could be provided for my refund. The manager was dismissive, minimized my wait time, and gave inconsistent explanations. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told to call back the next day if I don’t receive my refund—so I had to ask him to write down his name, the cancellation time, and a higher manager’s name. I would have completely understood if the order couldn’t be fulfilled due to timing—but the lack of acknowledgment and communication prevented me from going elsewhere and is a major reason this experience was so frustrating. Overall, this showed a clear lack of communication and accountability—definitely not the experience I expected or am used to at this location.

  Stopped in for some food last night, order bottom less apps, and my normal order of wings and wedges, we ordered mozzarella sticks and chips and cheese, mozzarella sticks came out ice cold, and when we mentioned the mozzarella sticks being cold waiter said they couldn't do anything about it, we got checked on only 3xs sitting there for 3 hrs is ridiculous, second round of apps fried pickles came under cooked with raw batter, chips were all broken and cheese was like water, finally got the order of wings which came out luke warm and wedges were cooked in dirty oil food came out dark. I won't be back here.

  First time trying, heard so many good things about it!! Was not disappointed. Friendly staff, we were seated promptly, great atmosphere, clean and our food came out quick! Everything was fresh and tasted great 👍 👌 Our server came by a few times to check on us and make sure we didn't need anything. We visited Saturday and liked it so much we went back last night to try different items! Good stuff!
