Vanessa, the employee who helped us, seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all. When my daughter asked her a question, she made her feel uncomfortable and as if it was a silly question, which was very disappointing. She also complained about the chocolate fudge flavor being too hard and said she might not be able to sell it, suggesting we pick a backup flavor instead of trying to help. I will return because the ice cream is good, but if she is working, I won’t be purchasing.

Upon picking it up, everything looked delicious, but the cake decorator misspelled my son‘s name 🤦♂️I even put in the notes to not do so and it still happened. The two girls at the front didn’t decorate the cake and had nothing to do with it, but they went above and beyond to make it right and flash froze the cake to peel off the misspelling. Jocelyn went ahead and gave it a valiant effort, though nervous, and not sure if she could do it, boy oh boy she did it. It looked perfect and she made it right. Thank you guys. The cake was delicious. My son had a great time. Ka-Chow!

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
