  UPDATE: 07-17-26 I left disappointed… My order inaccurate, and my experience was not at all what I normally get here. I’ll chalk this up as an off day for your team. And although I’d like this situation resolved, I’m not sure if I’ll see any response. The website says you are not accepting feedback at this time, so any other ideas? I’ll still leave my review at five stars, as long as some form of management contacts me. Thank you for reading my update. ——(previous review)——- Thank you Arby’s! I love the roast beef sammich and so glad you brought back the potato cakes… they’re the BEST!! This time I tried the limited time offer Chicken Salad Pecan Apple Slices sammich.

  The 1 star is because of service. In the front counter I ordered my meals and ordered a shake where the employee claimed they didnt have the shake. 30 min later after I ordered it through drive thru. Same employee and somehow the shake was available at the drive thru. I get machines go through their cycles but saying the shake was not available baffles me. I guess go through the drive thru if you want shakes. I ordered it through the app. Otherwise the food was good. The orange creamsicle shake was bomb. Worth the hassle

  It was slow and my sandwich was flattened for some reason. It wasn't really slow but could of been faster. It's a older location st access isn't the easiest. Drive thru is kinda narrow and tight. Friendly service tho.
