  Came by Saturday and wanted some wings but the second I park i see the workers in the front laughing so I wait to see if something is going on. To my suprise they're laughing and you know what I see just one worker in the back doing something. I swear if you have a whole team and yet one person is working you're DEFINITELY doing some wrong. I decided to just leave will not be coming back to this particular establishment

  I recently left a review on this about a month ago with five star, but yesterday was ridiculous, they were playing music very loud and it was extremely difficult to hear what the cashier at the front was saying. They were all screaming and i thank the girl in the front because she was being very patient while everyone was in the back acting crazy.

  I went to this location not to long ago and it was just beyond horrible. Nothing but loud excessive music playing and workers just giggling and fooling around. As i was trying to order food a young lady was trying to take my order and as i asked for a wait time the worker tried to ask which seemed to look or be the manager was ignoring her. I asked for her name and was told cheryce which was horrible at doing her job nor being capable of helping workers even for a simple question. On top of that allowing loud music and other workers fooling around the food/fryers. I would hate to work here especially let alone order food here with a 1hour wait. Whoever the General manager is here you have work to do and people to fire/let go. What a joke. As someone who used to work in the food industry this would be termination on the spot with everything that happened at this location. What a shame.

  I came to this location on April 17th sometime during 8pm, there was a young girl at the counter taking orders . She was very kind and helpful. However when it came to the end of placing the order we asked her about the wait time and she asked a fellow coworker who looked like the manager of the shift and surprisingly the manager ignored her !?! We thought maybe she didn’t hear her but the young girl asked 3 times and the manager just straight up ignored her. The whole time we were waiting we noticed that no one really took anything seriously . The girl in the counter looked very overwhelmed while everyone else was close the back dancing and singing to loud music . I don’t recommend coming to this location if you want to get food, expect to wait an hour for your food.

  This is about the most nice WingStop I have been to! Great customer service Cheryce was very sweet I loved her vibe !!! We need more of her in customer service!!! 👏🏽 👏🏽 will be coming here more often thank you 😊
