  If I could give it 0 stars, I would. When I called to place my order, I didn't realize I was speaking with the store manager. I simply wanted to order 20 wings, but I was told that wasn't an option and that I had to purchase a 24-piece order instead. However, your website clearly shows that a 20-piece order is available. At no point was I told the total price. Andrew later claimed to my husband that he had given me the total price, but he hung up before he could finish. When I called back to resolve the issue, Andrew was rude, dismissive, and sarcastic, speaking to me in a very condescending manner. I wasn't asking for a full refund—I was trying to be reasonable and simply pay for the 20 wings I originally wanted. I specifically explained that I never wanted a 24-piece order, let alone two orders of fries and a drink, WHICH I did not know came with the 24 pieces, but he continued insisting that a 20-piece option didn't exist, despite it being listed on the website for their location. As the manager, he should know the menu and be willing to listen to customers rather than talking over them. I even had to tell him to stop interrupting me so he could hear what I was saying. He also ended both conversations abruptly without any professionalism or courtesy. Had I been told the order would cost nearly $40, I would have corrected it immediately, since I only wanted the 20-piece wings for $24.79. This entire experience was frustrating, and Andrew's lack of professionalism reflects poorly on this location.

  Lemon pepper to these employees, means plain! They put a couple pepper flakes on the wings and that’s lemon pepper? This place sucks!!!! Never a good experience

  So my boyfriend and i were there on saturday to just get large carrots and celery they only had four orders on screen and whoever took our order was messing around with an off duty worker that didn’t even work at the store. We waited ten minutes for veggies and i was standing there watching everything and the manager the lady made a comment about me watching because obviously who wouldn’t. Our order was being made whoever was bagging dropped the carrot on the table picked up with there bare hands so we asked for it to be ready im watching he didn’t remake it just took it out of the bag and which the carrots and celery around. You know that’s very disgusting because rule one there nothing gets handled with bare hands unless you are dropping the classic. Number two both the managers were messing around with the cashier and the off duty employee. Well the guy manager was doing inventory because he’s on the ipad and i had done that before. It was just a bad experience there.
