Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

The burger was really filling and the beef had a good amount of flavor, while the fresh toppings added a nice crunch. The onion rings were crispy and went really well together with the burger. The staff were friendly and the place was clean when I came in. Overall it was a satisfying meal!

Serve my whole family and sit down to eat and my picky eating self has no gravy and now my food is more than half way cold. So I send my husband back. Get gravy and a new meal so I can eat hot food. Well I guess he wasn't happy about that. When my food came home gravy was opened and poured all over the inside of the box on everything. Like I said I'm very picky. And now my food was played with 2xs. Now I'm pissed bc I can't eat and I waisted $20 on a stupid meal. This happens alot. Out of 5 visits 3xs they forget my gravy. Like why?

The shake machine is in permanent cleaning mode, fries come cold and unsalted and the lemonade is basically melted yellow snow minus sugar... Being open 24 hours should be enough time for someone to clean the shake machine 3 times a day...not all day and night for a month
