  This place has changed a lot. I’ve always enjoyed the food, especially the nachos. The nachos have changed extremely they give you a bunch of chips on a tray and put the cheese, chicken pieces. jalapeños and a drizzle of avocado only in the middle of the chips. Before the nachos seemed baked and loaded. Also, the music has changed, could’ve been because the time that I was there which was about 10:20pm to midnight, but they played heavy metal rock and not a good mix our server, though she made sure she was attentive.

  The phone call service is impeccably irritating and hasn’t seemed to even allow customers to work with or dispute their issues with a live person.. even when going into the establishment I hadn’t had service from an employee until 15mins before my bay ended. Not regard for customer care or service ever. The front desk wanted me to contact about the issue I was having it’s app but it seems there’s NO people to communicate this past and continuous future indiscretion. No need for my money or promotion to Topgolf as I continue to pleas for help and mercy.. not. Single HUMAN being has help me in recovering this issue at hand.. seriously???

  Came for a birthday party. The food was enjoyable. Chicken tenders, tots, quesadillas, ranch, honey mustard, and bbq. Had to ask for sour cream and salsa. The party accounted for the kids playing. Were told parents had to stay inside while kids played because too many people were there. Um. Kids of a certain age require adults. No adults were playing. Just keeping our 5/6yos safe. No one bussed the tables. Two moms bussed the tables in order to make room for the birthday cake. Drinks not refilled. We arrived early. Sat in the bar. No one greeted us or took an order. I even found a staff member. And she said a server would come over, never did. I went and told the bartender we wanted to order. Still, no service at all. We planned to order food and drinks before the party. But service never happened. Facility was nice.

  I'm extremely upset by how our visit to Topgolf was handled by management RAE RAE & Fernando. We had been waiting for our food since 7:00 PM, and by 9:00 PM we were told to leave before ever receiving our order. Because our waitress was not attending us or checking in, we had to keep going to the bar ourselves to order drinks we were a large group having a team bonding of about 12 people so ofcource you could only imagine how many drinks we had to order When we explained that we were only doing so because we weren't being helped at our bay which we had 2 bays with only one waitress which I think was very unprofessional and one of the reasons why we were not being attended, we were still immediately asked to leave for alleged intoxication for ordering all of our drinks at the bar after being seated for 2 hours with no drinks or food ,they rudly kicked us out without any warning or opportunity to address the issue. We came to enjoy our evening, but instead were treated unfairly and left frustrated by the poor service and how the situation was handled.

  Our group of 10 arrived at approximately 6:35 PM and placed our name on the waitlist. We were not seated in our bay until around 7:40 PM. Shortly after being seated, we placed a food order at approximately 7:47 PM. Unfortunately, the service throughout the evening was extremely poor. Our assigned server only came to our table approximately four times in total, including when we initially placed our order. Because of this lack of service, members of our group had to go to the bar twice to order drinks themselves. After waiting about an hour without receiving any food, I asked for an update. The server appeared surprised the order had not arrived and later returned stating there was an issue with the system. She informed us that management would compensate us for the delay. However, no resolution occurred, and our food never arrived at all. Around 9:00 PM, two managers approached our group. Instead of addressing the service issues, they accused us of ordering drinks from the bar and abruptly informed us that we were being removed. This was especially confusing and frustrating because the bar staff had just told us minutes earlier that they would no longer serve us since we had a bay. We were given no prior warning, and the situation escalated quickly. The managers claimed members of our group were “drunk,” which is completely untrue. No one in our party was intoxicated or behaving inappropriately. Despite our attempts to explain the situation, the managers were dismissive and rude. One manager, in particular, was very condescending when we asked for their names. Security was then called to escort us out. To make matters worse, I was incorrectly charged for three drinks I did not order, as well as two full hours of gameplay when we only used approximately an hour and a half. This experience was embarrassing, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable—especially for what was intended to be a team-building event. We expected a fun and welcoming environment, but instead were met with poor service, false accusations, and disrespectful treatment.
