  04/19/26 after 8:30 pm, close to 9 pm. I did a mobile order. My friend wanted to go with me, to get something too. We asked to place 2 orders, in the drive thru. I was then told rudely, that I already had a mobile order and that I could not make another order and I would have to drive back around again, if I wanted to place another order. I only wanted nacho fries and my friend was going to.place an order. When I got to the window he then asks oh, do you want to place that order? I looked at him and said, really? After you were just so very rude to us? I saw him dissappear, to get my mobile order and he was gone for some time, before returning with my mobile order. He handed the bag of food to me to rough, that the bag broke, with the food spilling in my car. I didn't even want to eat the food, after this! I wish I could have asked for a refund! Especially since he disappeared, when I pulled up to the window. I have lived in the area for over 20 years and have NEVER received such horrible customer service! I will not be returning to this Taco Bell.

  Do take out. Food is usually great. Plus, they offer senior discounts!

  Wow I believe they hired new people the women Named Rebecca took my order today she was amazing her customer service is so outstanding she does an amazing job at making customers feel welcomed I enjoyed my time today she was an angel I will be back because of her (: 10/10

  They’re always so chill foods on point. This definitely a good Taco Bell to go to after a terrible shift at work.
