Food is cold, stale, old etc. I have gotten a burrito with rice tha was hard as a rock. It clearly had been sitting out all night. I wish they had some quality control.

I asked the gentleman at the drive through to take my order and he said he had someone in the drive thru. Unfortunately that was not true. We used the kiosk but very frustrating.
