I placed a simple drive-thru order and specifically asked for sauce, yet when I got home, none was included. It may seem like a small detail, but paying attention to customer requests is a basic part of good service. The employee who took my order appeared inattentive and didn't ensure that the order was complete before sending me on my way. It's frustrating to have to make another trip or eat your meal without something you specifically requested. I understand that mistakes happen, but accuracy and customer service should be a priority. I hope management addresses this with their staff so future customers receive the service they expect.

This is going to be my lunch waiting in line. Should have went to jack in the box. Make things worse I get my food after after waiting for ever AND it's not even right . He argued with me about what I ordered and wanted . WORST mistake was stopping here because it was close to work
