  I ordered a 12 inch wrap because they menu behind them said "make any 12 inch sub into a wrap" they proceed to put 2 slices of turkey on a tortilla.... I ask them that's the 12 inch wrap?? And they tell me they only have 1 kind of wrap and it's the protein pocket. I point out the menu stating otherwise but they were adamant.... then they charge me $13... i said but the protein pocket is less than $4...and they said i customized it and that is why it is $13... i was so confused and ended up just paying it. I am so sad 😭 They have no idea what they are doing at this location and I am stupid for paying for it.

  No matter if I place my order online or if I go in and make my order that always send you with the vegetables my bread is always hard it's disappointing I want a good sandwich not a half ass sandwich
