  The app had a glitch and wouldn't apply my coupon (to save $2). The manager wouldn't honor the deal. I don't think it was asking a lot. 7pm / May 2.

  I got food poisoning from this location on March 30th 2026. The onset of symptoms was expedited meaning it was likely due to one of the (being almost all food at Sonic) TCC items being left out for too long in the temperature danger zone-for those who don't know: thats a specific temperature range where bacteria grow and thrive with rapid reproduction of cells contaminating food and the surfaces it is in contact with and the like. When I say I have never been more sick in my lifetime? My Great Aunt once made some Colorado hatch green chile smothered beef tacos and those took two days to make it fully through my system to clear me out. But the smashed burger, iced coffee, and chili tots I had? I ate it around 6:30PM. I already had been on the pot for 30 minutes by 9PM. It was coming out of both ends by 2:30AM. IT TOOK ME OUT FOR FOUR DAYS. I HAD TO MISS TWO DAYS OF WORK BECAUSE OF SONIC!! THIS fr breaks my heart bc you could ask anyone-"oh yeah, Peyton is a die hard Sonic supporter"-I USED TO MANAGE A SONIC!!! I KNOW this is not typical nor should it be expected by any of the guests who risk eating at your location! And now..?? I don't think I'll ever eat Sonic again.. I can't pull into a parking lot shared by a Sonic now without my stomach churning over just thinking about how sick it made me. And it makes me SO SAD. Now. Don't get me wrong, it was hot, and looked great when it was delivered to me by the carhop (Alize), so clearly she was doing her job correctly, but someone in the kitchen should be investigated because that is SO dangerous to leave food out long enough that that much bacteria had the time to grow to be so significantly potent even with all the antibodies naturally within the human body to negate it and then just serve it?? Like "oHp WeLL ItS prOBaBlY FiNe" NO. It was NOT fine. It makes sense why the parking lot was empty when I showed up, I am grateful I do not live next to this location. God knows how many others have fallen victim to this locations lack of food safety practices!! Any idiot *cant* flip a burger, but any idiot *can* serve a burger still raw if you let them the idiot in the kitchen in the first place. DO BETTER.

  Ordered mini turtle blast, mix-in sprinkled on top, not mixed it. Basically was vanilla ice

  Every time I go to this location is always tiny portions compared to other locations or for made drinks like when adding ingredients its always the tiniest amount possible that they can get away with. Sad... Dont really see a point to getting custome drinks if they dont wonna make it decently. If you hate your job then work somewhere els lol
