  Sorry but orders need to be made in the order in which they are received. My small delivery order was in the system for over 25 minutes before I got the food. This is plainly not fair, and it makes being a delivery driver the worst job you could have financially during that unnecessary wait period.

  Why put the app orders on front line kiosk and put the incorrect person orders way on other side.. almost just drove throught. Next time I will go somewhere else

  My food was absolutely terrible. My order completely wrong and the sides were horrible I most likely won't be going to this sonic ever again.

  This was my first disappointing experience at this Sonic. I waited more than 15 minutes for a drink I ordered through the mobile app and never received it. When I asked for assistance, staff initially could not find my order even though I had a receipt showing it had been paid for. The burger was great, but the 5-piece chicken strips were extremely disappointing. The pieces were very small and seemed to contain more breading than chicken. Sonic has been one of my favorite places since I first tried it, which is why this experience was so surprising. I hope management looks into these issues and improves both service and food quality.
