  Waited over an HOUR on an order here at this location. Turns out they are bumping the orders to get a fast time. Well in the process they messed everything up and started giving the wrong orders to the wrong people and loosing track of where the orders go. I was not the only one stuck waiting but as far as I know I waited the longest. After about 45 minutes I finally spoke to a manager she apologized numerous times they all denied bumping orders but I’ve worked in restaurants before, including sonic. She said she issued me a refund and is making my order fresh. 20 minutes later I FINALLY got my food. Tots were cold burger patty was old and stale and halfway uneatable and cold as well, so much for a quick and hot dinner. Before anyone goes here be prepared to free your evening and hang out at sonic hope this helps someone 0/5 don’t reccomend to anyone

  Food was not good,I was double charged and when I called, I had to go thru my bank versus the manager refunding..Sad to see Sonic standards on food and customer service is so bad now, they used to be tops

  Came through today and there was practically no oreos in either of my ice cream and on too of that they didnt even close the lid on the drink roght and it spilled all over the car on the way home
