- KLKim LaPortaMay 12, 20261.0Very disappointing. My husband called a week a go and asked if they make strawberry pies, they said yes we can do a strawberry custard pie so he ordered it. We went to pick it up today we came home put in the fridge. When we went to pull it out to eat the thing is frozen all the way through !!. The guy at the bakery didn't say squat about it being frozen when it was oredered or when we picked it up. Talk about disappointing. You've lost our business and I will tell others when they ask how my birthday strawberry pie was.

They have good deals and always make sure my phone number is in to recieve the members only price! Kelley is fun as are many others. I moved to Glendale from the Midwest. I need a hip replacement surgery and the young men retrieving carts have been so kind seeing me hobble to my car! It's refreshing to see such FANtastic customer service. The store is very clean and not so crowded as others with delivery order peeps in the way. Money orders only 69 cents, cheaper than anywhere else! On a fixed income, so every little bit helps.
