  Well it is as if there us a black cloud over it and the people that run the place well they are different. But the food is awesome andvthatnis why we go to this store for sure

  Best pizza I’ve ever had in my life The worker with the big gauges was extremely friendly and made sure we got everything on our order correct good service

  I was extremely disappointed with my order that I purchased on carry out.\n Period I ordered a large 3 topping Pizza and 2 orders of cinnamon Cinnabon, cinnamon rolls. And the cinnamon rolls we're not cooked all the way and didn't have very much frosting on either order. And they did not have guaranteed freshness seal on either box. My Pizza had a very odd smell to it. I couldn't put my finger on it.\n Sure has something to do with the freshness of quality of the ingredients. This was my first time ordering from this location and it will be my last.

  Our restaurant called for a 30 pizza order for our staff on Mother's Day ( a treat for our restaurant workers)...the next two days were a nightmare! A woman named 'Pita' called me back asking me "what part of my order I wanted cancelled". We didn't want any of it cancelled but Pita took it upon herself to delete the entire order. After speaking with Pita she was rude and not professional. She attempted to recharge our order twice, getting the entire order wrong each time. We can called it quits and took our $400.00 dollars and took our money to Barros. We paid more but got exactly what we ordered with exceptional service. I spoke to the GM, Stephanie, who apologized for our experience, and explained that, "when you call in you are speaking to a call center, not the pizza Hut you think you are calling". Stephanie was great and I wish I had spoken to her and not the rude, unprofessional,'Pita'. Loose the dead weight employee, Pita before she messes up many more experiences, or, go in directly to order...
