  Blue polo lady asked my name for my to go order, she went and told them I was there for it. When it was ready, instead of handing it to me knowing I was there, I didn’t receive my order until the guy taking orders from other guests was done ringing them up. Appreciate the lack of respect for people’s time.

  Made a big order for delivery. First time for Pei Wei. I was overly disappointed. Spent over $100 for food that was horrible. I normally don’t complain about food, but it wasn’t a good experience Chicken Dumplings, over cooked and mushy Beef and Broccoli, brown rice undercooked and beef had a weird texture Sesame Chicken, mushy and noodles undercooked Chicken Lo Mein, noodles undercooked Teriyaki Chicken, rice undercooked Thai Donuts, complete undercooked dough balls!!!

  This place is absolutely awesome when it comes to catering. Always on time always perfect amount always friendly. The staff and management do an awesome job at taking care of me even last minute catering needs. Can’t say enough at how great the store is. Keep up the great work!

  Food was not good, teriyaki chicken was just fried chicken in some tasteless glaze. Orange chicken was passable. Fried rice was undercooked and chewy led to stomach ache, barely any vegetables in it. Fried Noodles were acceptable, but lacked vegetables, by a lot, total of 3-4 pieces of sad vegetables in bottom of the container. Food is double cost of panda express by volume comparison, terrible flavor and poor delivery all around. Pride in what they serve doesn't exist! We gave it a chance and not going back again! Staff were nice and friendly, they deserve to work in better restaurant.
