This is a new McDonald’s, so you would think they want to give good service, good food, just a good experience. We not even asking for great just good. Nope these young people are the worse. I’m trying so hard to understand these people but how do you understand someone who doesn’t know nothing. They only know how to work phones. Us as parents have dropped the ball and now they are almost grown and free to spreed their ignorance everywhere. This place is horrible! Cold food, wrong food, horrible service please go to the old McDonald this one sucks!!!!!

One of the best sit down experiences that I've had at a McDonalds! Laura helped us make changes to our order that we cant do at a kiosk (which i absolutley hate having to do in the first place) but it didnt stop there. She brought out our food to the table. Kept checking on us regularly. And made great conversation. Absolutley the BEST EMPLOYEE there.

Very bad customer service. Went through the drive-thru. Got cold fries and nuggets. Asked for fresh food. Parked and waited for 15 minutes. Came out with the food and Large fries filled half way. Went inside to ask them to fill it. She filled it and threw them upside down to where all the fries fell in the bag. Very bad.

They have the worst service & quality of food. The food my mom got in the morning was under cooked & stuck to the bag by the time my mom got home with it. When I bought my mom back with ALL the food in the bag they didn't even try to fix it without the receipt. I would have understood if she didn't want to give her the money but she could have done something to make it right. All she kept saying is "I need the receipt." All the food was still in the bag because it was inedible so why not just replace the food then if she didn't have the receipt.???? Worst service ever for a fast food place!!!!! Not even worth 1 star!

Ordered for pick up at 1am on a Sunday, it took 40 minutes (minimum) in line to receive my order. When I did receive my order the worker tried to hand me a soda with no ice. I asked for ice and was given a different cup. After I left I discovered it wasn’t the drink I ordered. Also had to ask for sauce even though it was in my order and was not provided with any napkins. Poor service. Young workers not caring about the customers.
