  4:30am im waiting at the drive thru ready to order no response. Waited about good 2 to 3 min. Still no answer. Drove around seen the manager I asked her if they were open. Told her I've been waiting. She said she'll see what's going on. She went inside, I thought she would help me now. So I went back to drive thru and again no response. Wish they had someone working it says a 24hr DT..

  Ordered a fish sandwich and asked for freshly made. It tasted like they took a cooked one and refried it. Horrible worst fish sandwich I ever received from McDonald’s. Won’t be going back to this new McDonald’s

  This location is awful. I've had issues the few times I've visited. Either it's long wait times with no one checking the dinning area, or I'm missing items and there's no one to speak to. One time they were out of an item that I had ordered, and the young man that handed me the food just handed me the bag and walked away without telling me they were out of that item. Good thing I checked my order. This last time I visited, I was missing my kids fries. I have a child with AFRID and that's the one thing from McDonald's that I know he'll eat. Needless to say, he was upset as was I. It's at the point to where I'm giving up going to this location and taking my business to another one.

  The manager Arabella saved my morning. I had a bit of a mix up on my doordash order. I ordered food before 3:00 a.m. but it was a little too close to breakfast so I was asked to cancel my order and reorder, however when I went to cancel it doordash told me they would not refund me because my food had already been prepared. I called the store to see if they could help me out and they were super helpful in making sure that I was still able to receive food from the breakfast menu instead of the lunch menu. The manager was nice and very helpful and I appreciate them making the adjustment for me

  Writing this in line after placing a mobile order 20 min in advance. Currently have been in the drive through for 25 min. They asked the name on our order and I have it to them. We get to the window and they ask if its one or order or our order so we say our order. We get to the next winder and they ask again. They then proceed to give me the someone else's order and ask me again. They all seem confused, unorganized, and disinterested. Still and line btw
