  I ordered on the app and it's said it was ready however I waited for 10 minutes more after parking for my food. I must say this McDonald's was having its front doors serviced at the same time.

  This is by far my favorite McDonald's. Been going here twice or more a week for 5 years. We Love Joey and the crew.

  yall need to fix your hrs on Google maps. had me waiting 15 mins in the drive throw and yall are closed. no one hand the decency, to even tell me y'all are clothes. I had to call this store to be told that.

  Every time I come to this location, the experience depends completely on who is working. When the three managers (the young brotha with cornrolls, the white guy with glasses, or the tall Mexican manager) are on shift, the service is actually good. But when they’re not there, the customer service is terrible. Orders are often missing items like food or straws, and staff come up to every car during curbside asking whose order it is—even though the parking number is clearly printed on the ticket. It regularly takes around 20 minutes just to get two fries and two sodas. The only reason I keep coming back is because my kids like the fries. Also, there’s a woman who works mornings and afternoons who has been very disrespectful to my mother. She repeatedly asks her to repeat herself and then laughs, even though my mother speaks English well—she just has an accent. That kind of behavior is not okay. Overall, this location needs serious improvement in customer service and order accuracy.”
