  Not a good franchise, I got the large fries in the app and they gave me a very small amount, more smaller than normal, so I asked the lady at the drive thru window if I can get it re made please? I wasn't rude or raise my voice at all and even used my manners. The workers are younger than me and they rolled there eyes at me for asking, I just accepted it and then they handed me a "new" fries. Except it was the same exact fries in a different bag. I will post a photo. It was very weird, almost as if they thought it was funny like a joke, to trick me and didn't think I would notice. Well I did. I wasn't the only one having problems either, vehicles in front of me was having problem with their orders. I went ahead and parked and went inside the McDonald's. The manager was Isabella or Isabel, she wasn't wearing a name tag or anything so I asked her who she was? She was the manager. I showed her my fries and explained that they just put in a bag and re gave them to me. The manager cut me off and said THIS IS CORRECT, THEY DO IT BY WEIGHT SO IT WILL LOOK LIKE THIS. I cannot support a business that thinks its okay to do this to customers. I did get a refund, but still took a picture of the fries because other customers deserve to know.

  Everything is kiosk. No attendants at registers. Prices go up and service goes down. Boo McDonald's! That's why they'll be out of business in less than 10 years..

  I stopped here for water, as it was a very hot day and I didn't have bus money that day. Even though I didn't spend any money and most likely looked pretty crazy, sweating profusely and tired, the employees were extremely nice to me and helpful, didn't make me repeat all I wanted was a free water. Kudos to the employees there, doing a great job guys.

  TERRIBLE THEY NEVER GET IT RIGHT AND WHEN THEY DO THE FOOD QUALITY IS TRASH NO WONDER I HAVEN'T BEEN TO MCDONALD'S IN OVER TWO YEARS
