This location is never busy. I've ordered from here twice and both times my order has been wrong, specifically my kickin' chicken wrap. There were two employees working, I'm not sure if the girl was new because the male employee asked her what her name was. I did hear her say " I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with this order."
This barely has any filling and most of it is tortilla, which isn't even the correct tortilla that I ordered.
I submitted my online order at 2:47 PM, didn't go in until 3:08 PM, and still had to wait an additional six minutes for my order. I don't mind the wait, but I don't see how it takes 30 minutes for three items, two of which were cold wraps.
Another customer had come in to pick up a mobile order, and he wasn't even acknowledged. He had to walk to the other side of the counter to be greeted.
I won't go back to this location. I'll stick with the one on 83rd and thunderbird. It's a far drive but it's worth it for quality food and I've never once had an issue with my order from them. Always great service and I've never had to wait for my mobile order.

Worst service! The manager is a lunatic, when i questioned why it was taking over an hour to prepare a internet order that was only for 14 sandwiches she started yelling at me. She had one employee making all of the food while she was literally doing nothing. The place was a mess. The employee who was making the food kept apologizing. Worst customer service I've had in years!
The store will not answer its phones. You can’t even order anything online so I drive down there to find out that none of their employees even showed up today I give this business a thumbs down.

Absolutely wild to see so many good reviews. They are severely understaffed and need to address that asap. Past few times I've ordered 1 or 2 sandwiches online (they don't give you a time for when it will be ready, just "ASAP") and I when I go to pick it up about 15 mins after ordering, it's still not ready nor being made. And ONE PERSON is behind the counter doing all the work. Other customers were in there waiting too, some left. I got there at 1:14~ or so, and as of now 1:31, I still do not have my items (placed order at 12:59). WTFFFF fix this, Jimmy!!!!!
Leaving a one star for whoever is in charge of staffing at this location. One person running the entire place at lunch time? Even if someone called out sick that's no excuse for one person for a location next to a hospital, business center, university, gym, etc.
I was able to eat my lunch (picking up for my partner), watch a customer walk in and walk out after not being acknowledged for 10min, write this review, and pay bills before the food was ready. Missing items from order too.
I feel bad for the employee here doing their best to keep up but you can only do so much when the place is staffed so poorly.
