    I usually go to the JJ's on Bell which is soooo amazing, or Thunderbird which has great food but horrible service and atmosphere. Unfortunately, this one was the opposite. The girl who took my order, Kalee, was a pure delight. So pleasant and cheerful it just made everything better. She seemed extremely knowledgeable and genuinely invested in the satisfaction (unlike so many other staff) of my visit. I'm not sure many young people actually care about the customer these days. Too often, they say, "I don't know", instead of "I'll find out". Kaylee was a refreshing reminder that there are still kind, sweet, intelligent youth out there. I just wish she could have made my sandwich, because it was horrible. The bread was hard and the condiments were just dumped instead of spread. And for a $20 sandwich, I should have gotten more than a couple of thin slices of meat. The customer service made the experience great, so I didn't complain. They definitely know what they are doing making Kaylee the person you interact with. I'm sure she would have fixed it if I had asked.

    I mean no disrespect, but if your going to have workers with full unkempt beards without a face cover over it your definitely dropping beard hairs on peoples food without knowing.

    Forgot meat on sandwich. Made me drive back to replace. No reimbursement or even an apology. Not good business after making a pretty big mistake

    We were questioning what we wanted for the family and more for a swimming get together and my guy helped us out! Gave us enough details and all info needed to make sure we were good! Think he was team lead? Thanks 🙏🏾
