I recently visited the Inchin’s Bamboo Garden location in Scottsdale and was excited to try their new location in Glendale. The Glendale spot features a decent, pleasant ambiance that sets a nice mood for dining.
We tried few different dishes, and most of them were a total hit—the flavors were incredibly authentic and satisfying. The service was excellent, particularly from Rahul (apologies if I got the name wrong!), who was incredibly attentive and caring throughout our meal.
My only complaint was the pacing and order of the dishes. We had a significant wait for one specific item, which left us sitting around for quite a while after we had already finished everything else. Despite the timing hiccup, it was a great experience overall, and I would highly recommend giving them a try!

The food was fantastic! We especially loved the appetizers, butter chicken, and naan. Our server also did a great job and was friendly and attentive despite handling what seemed like everything — hosting, bussing, takeout, bar service, and serving tables.
This is definitely not a knock on him; he handled the pressure extremely well. Management needs to give him some support and have at least one additional person working with him. Great food and great effort from our server — he just shouldn’t have to do it all himself!
We had the lunch specials. I had sweet and spicy soup had a good bit of spice Mongolian beef had good sweetness I would order without the crispy noodles we have driven past here so many times and never noticed it we will come again

We have always enjoyed our visit to this restaurant! We love everything we order — all the dishes are always flavorful, fresh, and delicious. The chicken 65 and Gobi Manchurian (dry) is our favorite. The host is also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better!
We didn’t know this place existed from the time Scottsdale location had shut down. But believe me, if you live Indian Chinese , this is a hidden gem in Glendale. We would absolutely love to visit this place and over and over again. It reminds us of home. Few things we ordered today were Hakka noodles, burnt garlic friend rice , paneer Manchurian, crispy baby corn and manchow soup. Must must must visit.
