- CCClaudia ChavarriaApr 13, 20261.0Hopefully management reads this review, we had an issue with employees taking our order correctly laughed at the way my husband was speaking and not alone charged us for our drinks and gave us nothing at the end although I had prove that we paid and was charged off with my bank app SARA PEREZ WHO CALLED HER SELF ASSISTANT MANAGER IN THE BEGINNING THEN MANAGER WHEN ASKD TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR (was wearing NO BADGE) had no idea what she was saying or doing she wanted to refund me back then charge my card again she kept arguing about her supervisor being on a honeymoon and wanted to provide me his phone number to see if he would answer. The other two employees laughing in the back made us not want to return again. Now I have to call my back to dispute for my money refunded. Such loss of my time. NOT WORTH GOING BACK TO DEAL WITH RUDE UNEDUCATED EMPLOYEES.
