I think the most upsetting thing about ordering at Five Guys is paying $8.69 for a large fry and getting hardly any fries. I showed my friends and family how many fries I got to make sure I wasn’t the one tripping over nothing and we all agree the equivalent of fries I got were that of a small. I don’t know if the change from the cups to the brown bag means you don’t get the extra fries thrown in the bag, but I didn’t get them. That is stupid expensive for potatoes. Usually I wouldn’t complain, but my whole experience sucked. The restaurant had one other couple, yet the place was dirty. I ordered a milkshake and had to wait around for them to get the machine ready. One girl was literally laying slouched over the back counter like the drink area didn’t need a serious cleaning. We got our hands and arms sticky just trying to get a drink. All and all I’m just super bothered by the fact that I didn’t even have enough fries to share with my son like I usually do. If you are going to charge so much, at least let it be worth it. I’m going to have to consider Habit burger moving forward.

Easy parking, The guy who took our order was friendly and efficient. We ate outside on the patio. The burgers were very good and the Cajun fries were delicious. We split regular sized fries and couldn't eat them all.

By far the worst 5 guys ive been to. The service was so bad idek if ima come back to the chain. The ketchup was out no cups and the lady put our order on top shelf without letting us know while our food got cold it wasn’t until they asked us why we were waiting and top of that did not put extra fries in the bag like other locations do.
