- LSLori SMay 8, 20261.0I ordered 2 burritos and a Tostada salad. The Chicken was so DRY and Old tasting. I had doordash delivered it, the dasher was fine but the food was so bad. Obviously they aren't following food safety holding times and just rolling over heated over cooked meat over. I wasted $40 the manager must not be to good. VERY BAD CHICKEN

I started eating chicken four months ago and decided why not let’s try El Pollo Loco and I got the new chicken bowl. I ate it and kept looking at the chicken thinking OK it looks a little undercooked but it taste OK I think. Now mind you, I’m a graphic designer, and I sit in the dark when I work so I probably should’ve turned the light on. Imagine my surprise one an hour and a half later I had the worst food poisoning in a long time. I seriously was miserable for four hours until I cleansed myself of your food. I must say the girl who greeted me at the drive-through window was really nice and friendly and smile. But you might wanna check on your cooks. I did notice there are a lot of reviews for El Pollo loco and food poisoning. And believe me, I’m sorry, but I told all my friends like about 30 of them this past weekend. Interestingly, none of them eat there!
