- CMCat MJun 21, 20262.020 min in a drive-thru and didnt even move so went up to the window to get my pickup that shouldve been ready 20 min ago and the girl helped all these people on the walk up order window that came after me before even acknowledging me at the mobile pickup window so I had to go over to the walk up order window with her saying oh I was just going to help you... yeah after helping everyone else first. what's the point of a mobile order.. when I finally got my drink 22 min after the scheduled time I checked and where I was at in drive thru line had moved up one spot

I just want coffee not to sit behind exhaust smoke watching an entire brunch date while I have stuff to do. How long does it take to make coffee, or have an order taker where people can't drive in front of me or a sign telling me where to go.

All of her production stopped while she had a very long conversation with them at the window. She then personally made their drinks and handed them out while two orders were just sitting there. I went to the window to ask about our drinks and she gave the excuse that whoever made them should have passed them and and that the drive thru was backed up (it wasn't backed up at all). While walking away I realized that the people that ordered before me also had their drinks just sitting there. Definitely not the best customer service I've received at a Dutch.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
