    Was in line at 12:24 went to the walk up window, one person in front of us ordered 3 drinks, and stepped out of line. Instead of taking our order and having a que going we had to wait 7 minutes for his drinks to be done before they made ours. The customer service was short, not rude but short. We ordered two drinks and had to wait 15 minutes for those drinks while they sat and the back continued talking to each other non stop and clearly just showing more effort into socializing with each other than putting drinks together, no wonder everything was taking forever. Besides just talking to each other they were restocking the shelves and other stuff, I get other operations need to be done, but when you’re slow and I mean drive through had maybe 5 cars and we are the only people at the walk up window at this point and just need 2 drinks we had to wait 15 minutes? I’m also tired of tipping for coffee, I especially regret it after the employees put no effort into making it worth tipping. Will never come back to this Dutch. Won’t give a one star because the service we’re just a step above rude

    Got there at 12:17 and did not get our order until 12:46, mentioned to her that we had an appt to be at 12:45 since we waited 10 minutes to just get our order placed. Everyone went thru the drive thru quickly and then towards the end they left our drinks out for 4 minutes unattended completely ready to be handed out while they went to the back and started screaming and laughing. They took so long that I had to get left behind so my brothers appointment wasn’t cancelled when he had to be there at 12:45. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate.

    All the ladies here, a Dutch brothers, they're super awesome.I really do appreciate their service.You should have more employees like this.They go above and beyond\Especially the extra mile that they do

    Didn’t have the best experiences a year ago at this location, but it’s gotten a lot better and the people who currently work here are lovely. My regular drink order is great every time. However, it does seem like the price of my order is different every time and even in the surrounding close locations. My drink I always get is anywhere between $6-11, which is a large discrepancy.
