- CPCourtney Prichard2 days ago4.0Very quick and easy to pick up my mobile order. My coffee was just warm when I picked up though, not hot. Still tasted great. I was just looking forward to a hot beverage vs a kinda warm one. I tried their seasonal Dulce de Leche latte and it's very yummy. I always get their drinks 1/2 sweet though because everything is slightly too sweet as is for my preference. 🧡
- JMJoshua MackMay 10, 20261.0Upset with the location on 67th Avenue and W Cactus. Came on Mother's Day for my wife. The mobile line was out to the road. The "order now" line was atleast half the length and moving atleast 3 times as fast. I wanted to ditch the order all together but had already paid on the app. Had to wait about an hour for a $10 coffee as I watched all of these cars show up and get their drink in the regular line. There should be a way to cancel your order on the app (or atleast remove the tip). I definitely won't be back until they figure out a better way to keep the "flow" going.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
