    They have promotions while employing ONLY one individuals to take orders. If you want to wait 30 to 40 min. Dutch on 57th and bell is your stop!

    The other day I witnessed the manager Kristen handle a difficult situation with someone who was causing issues around the stand. I was really impressed with how she stepped in and handled it while making sure her employees felt safe and supported. You don’t always see managers willing to step in like that for their team, and it really stood out to me. She handled everything professionally and you can tell she genuinely cares about her employees. Just wanted to give her the recognition she deserves!

    Excellent coffee. I liked the mister cooling in the outdoor cooling area. My latte was excellent. Staff was efficient and friendly.

    I accidentally went to the wrong Dutch Bros location instead of the one where I placed my order, but the staff there were amazingly kind and still gave me my order without any hassle! I was so impressed and touched by how sweet and accommodating everyone was. Excellent customer service—highly recommend this location!

    I’m genuinely confused how my mobile order with my name written on it got handed out to someone in the drive through and no one told me this happened until i sat there waiting well above the time it should have been ready. I was late to work. The point of ordering ahead is to prevent that but i say there waiting until finally the girl at the window admitted it was handed out in the drive thru instead. I appreciate her refunding it immediately and giving a solution. But the fact that this is now multiple times I’ve stopped and had issues with my mobile order not being ready or someone not knowing there’s drinks in the fridge is starting to get frustrating
