    Ordered a peach ring soda with popping boba. There is little to none of any flavor and is 95% carbonated water.

    Absolute superheroes! My car completely broke down while I was stuck right in the middle of a busy drive-thru lane with cars in front of and behind me. It was a highly stressful situation, but the girls working—who ironically happened to be wearing superhero shirts—didn’t hesitate for a second. They completely stopped what they were doing, ran out, and manually pushed my car all the way out of the line and into the neighboring Walmart parking lot to get me to safety. To top it all off, they even brought me a coffee while I waited for help. In a world where everyone is always rushing, this was a beautiful reminder of genuine human kindness. I have always appreciated the friendly energy at Dutch Bros, but this team went so far above and beyond. Thank you to these amazing human beings for turning a stressful breakdown into an unforgettable act of compassion!

    Went to this location today after work and Addi was absolutely delightful! Such great energy! She was out in the heat dancing and smiling and just giving fab vibes! My coffee is always perfect at this location and everyone seems genuinely happy to be there! It is the only dutch I go to!

    We were on our way to a wedding and were looking forward to grabbing a quick drink on the way. Unfortunately, our experience at Dutch was extremely frustrating. When we arrived, there was a line of cars, and we were the first car in the outer lane. The first car in the left lane appeared to be having trouble deciding what to order, but after nearly 10 minutes, they were still in the same spot and the line had barely moved. At one point, another employee came out with drinks for that car. After dropping them off, she continued chatting with the girl in the car, who appeared to possibly be a coworker. We thought she might take our order since the original employee had gone inside, but instead she continued chatting, even making a hand heart with the customer, before eventually walking back inside. Meanwhile, 2–3 cars in the other lane had their orders taken before us. At that point, we realized that if we continued waiting, we risked being late to the wedding. We were really looking forward to grabbing a quick drink for a little date night treat, but instead we left frustrated and empty-handed. We understand that busy locations can have delays, but the lack of care, urgency (that is typical for Dutch), and customer service in this situation was very disappointing.
