They told me to pull over and wait, which is fine, but I ended up waiting over 30 minutes and the drinks still weren’t ready. When I finally went inside to ask what was going on, the employees told me they were new and didn’t even know how to make the drinks. No apology, no urgency, nothing. I understand training new employees, but customers shouldn’t have to sit there for half an hour for two drinks because the staff isn’t properly trained. Completely unorganized and very frustrating experience.

The people working were too concerned with making mobile orders and chit chatting instead of helping the customers standing at the counter in front of them. When I was finally able to order, the girl working the register didn’t know how to key in the no sugar cream I wanted. So after 20 minutes waiting for 1 coffee and donuts - I take my drink and it has the normal creamer in it. I’m a type 1 diabetic and now I can’t even drink this coffee. What a joke of an establishment.
