- APAenj POct 8, 20261.0I visited this Dunkin’ with my boys, and the service was disappointing from start to finish. We ordered two sandwiches, two different donuts, and six orders of hash browns. When our donuts were being bagged, I noticed they weren’t the two we had requested. I checked the receipt and saw that only one donut had been charged, so I politely asked to add the second one. The cashier’s reaction made me feel uncomfortable. After leaving, I realized we had also been charged for only one order of hash browns instead of the six we ordered. I went back and explained the mistake politely. The cashier made a face and walked away, and another employee helped us. When I asked if everything was okay, I was told, “Yeah, we’re fine,” in a dismissive tone. Mistakes can happen, but customers should be treated with courtesy when they’re trying to resolve them. We visit other Dunkin’ locations and have never had an experience like this. I hope management addresses the customer service at this location.
