We arrived around 1:15 PM, and the service was unacceptable. We were served by a young African American man who was extremely rude and overly rushed from the moment we walked up. Since it was our first time trying Dunkin', we needed a brief moment to look over the menu, but we were treated like an inconvenience. Instead of being patient or welcoming, he rushed us through ordering with a terrible attitude. Good customer service goes a long way, but this experience completely ruined our visit. We won't be coming back to this location.

I ordered through DoorDash, and while the Dasher did take forever to get here 😭, I have to give Dunkin y’all flowers for the packaging! When I tell you, the way y’all packaged the delivery was A1! 👏🏽 When I went to open the bag, I couldn’t even figure out how to get into it at first because I didn’t realize it was completely sealed !!! I seriously wish more companies would start packaging their deliveries like this. It makes me feel so much better knowing my order is sealed and protected from the time it leaves the store until it gets to me. There was a little hole on the side, but honestly, I’m still grateful because y’all did a great job closing that bag up. 😂👏🏽 Thank you so much!! Y’all definitely understood the assignment! 💯 ( Side note the sourdough sandwich was good however the drink was alittle watery)
