On nearly every visit, key menu items are out of stock. Rather than offering to prepare a fresh batch with a brief wait, the staff immediately pushes you to choose something else. The food preparation regularly falls short of basic standards. The rice is consistently scorched or mixed with hard, dried-out pieces that can actually hurt your teeth when you bite into them. Having operated commercial rice cookers before, I know this comes down to basic prep errors, like failing to clean the inner pans properly or improper batch timing, rather than equipment failure. Furthermore, the cuts of meat routinely contain large, unappetizing chunks of raw fat and gristle that should have been trimmed off before cooking. The front-of-house atmosphere lacks professionalism. Upon walking in, employees are often distracted and talking among themselves over loud music playing behind the counter. Greetings are delivered with visible annoyance—if they are offered at all—making customers feel like a burden. After experiencing these identical issues across three separate visits, it is clear that poor staff training and a lack of quality standards are persistent problems that management needs to address immediately.

Bowls are totally full, folks aren't cheating me out of my extra steak, one girl was super sweet to my kiddo and overall I was super happy with everyone and the food.
