  This location always has issues with gift cards either their machine is down or they not accepting it and I mean ALWAYS I bee coming here once a week for the past month and it’s always the same thing so now I have about 5 gift cards and when I try to use them they always say oh our system isn’t taking them ?

  Waited in their drive through pick-up line for 20 minutes waiting for them to give another vehicle their order. Just go to the other location down the street instead

  I am writing to you to let you know of an exceptional employee. Fabiola Cruz Cruz is the certified training manager at the new Chipotle location that opened near my home (5110 N 83rd ave. Glendale, az 85305). I previously used to frequent a farther location because it had the convenience of a drive thru. After placing my order in the app I visited the new drive thru location closest to my home. It was there that I first met Fabiola. She had an awesome demeanor and I told her that I would now be coming to her location and she was so ecstatic to know that I was a frequent Chipotle customer. To provide a bit of personal context, I recently discovered several food allergies that were negatively impacting my health. Following extensive research, I found Chipotle to be an exceptionally convenient fast-food option. Its clean, wholesome ingredients allow me to easily customize my meals to fit my dietary needs. It is truly rare to find an establishment that can accommodate such restrictions while upholding high service standards. Fabiola's attentive and kind demeanor made adjusting to these new requirements feel effortless. For example, due to my corn allergy, I require fresh sour cream that hasn't been cross-contaminated by being placed near the corn salsa. Fabiola suggested that I label my meal in the app with "fresh sour cream" and assured me she would train her staff to recognize this as an allergy-related request. Her welcoming presence and professional approach have made this location stand out, transforming a simple meal into the highlight of my day. Being greeted by name is a wonderful reminder that there are people who genuinely care about their customers. It is evident that Fabiola takes immense pride in her role and in mentoring her team to provide superior care. During a time when my health was a major source of stress, she helped make things feel much simpler. Because of her dedication, I am now a loyal customer at this new location. Thank you for employing such committed staff members who perfectly represent the values of excellent customer service.

  I don’t know if it’s this location, or they’ve all gone way downhill, but my last 3 visits were all very disappointing. If I hadn’t been eating at Chipotle for 25 years, I’d have written them off entirely. 3 weeks ago they labeled a barbacoa beef bowl as chicken (cg), so 2 bowls were given to the wrong ppl. I reached out, when they finally responded (customer care) they asked for a series of validating questions (date, time, cc#, items ordered) and when I submitted those, they emailed a week later asking for more info from another person in the party (ingredients of your bowl, etc). It’s been 3 weeks and no offer to remake the bowls (pretty simple and reasonable request).. The next week I went back - for just my dinner because nobody else was willing - and the bowl wasn’t even half full, despite my order being fairly the same over the past 3 decades. Last week, the same - just me again, half full bowl, and, the guacamole in the serving dish was brown on the edges - yuck. I’ve never seen their guacamole sitting for so long it was brown. Today - Taco Tuesday!! I’ll go along with everyone else and get take out from Abuelo’s instead. Still no response on the re-do from weeks ago, but I’m ok with that at this point.

  I came to this location for the first time today and won't be back. The bowl that they slapped together for was pitiful. barely half full.
