  I always have doubts about Chipotle. First off I went in on a Sunday after the typical lunch rush hours (June 14th at 2:25pm) When you walk in you are greeted with a drink station overflowing with ice, empty napkins dispensers, empty utensils, trah piling up out of the trash cans. Just shows lack of responsibility from the crew and management in this location. Standing in line I notice the manager on duty is walking around with gloves on and texting on his phone, at one point interrupts the crew member who is making food on the line to show them something on his phone. Mind you he doesnt change his gloves after pulling his phone out from his pocket numbers times. After seeing this happened not once, not twice, but three times I feel that thats the tip of the iceberg for issues at this location. I do not think ill be coming back to this location or even any at this point. I feel the standards have dropped considerably. Front line was out of food and the crew member would take your bowl the the drive through line for meats. No communication between members on what food is missing from the line. I used to work at a restrauntour location years back.. standards dont exist at this location and its sad to see.

  Boycott Chipotle Paid $20 for a steak bowl with a chips only no guac no nothing and half the steak was with fat so I threw half of it out. What a waste of $20 I could have gone to eat real restaurant food for that price just horrible.

  Shrinkflation. Small Portions. The worker put back the food I was going to pay for. The workers get paid to serve you less. So they force your hand to ask for double portion and pay more. I saw her put back my food and rescoop a smaller portion. The Manager half scooping tomatoes in my bowl was chefs kiss. Thank you for doing your job. Shout out to the cashier who had to finish my order because the manager walked away. Love the attitude, I would be mad too.

  Thankfully I was there to use a gift card, but the prices really add up. Specifically the quesadilla--a basic, no extras, side dish item--I was told that it would be "full size"... the only quesadilla item advertised on the menu was $5. That seemed right for a tortilla and cheese. Key phrase, side dish. Well, they rung me up for twice the price, citing that was the kids item. Well guess what, there was no other quesadilla on the menu. I paid and left, at least $5 over budget of my expectations. Well, at least It will be "full size." ...no, It was smaller than a tacobell quesadilla. So twice the price for half the serving... I'd hate to see what the kids' one looked like--A cheesey roll up? Food was good, service was fine, left feeling irritated and overcharged, but at least the burrito was filling after paying $8 to add guac and extra meat, but at least I knew what I was getting into there. Atmosphere (layout) was very odd... walked in to the soda fountain and utensils, the. Around the corner is the counter, tables felt tight surrounding it. No clear line or direction... so the experience of walking around tables to order felt very bare/cafeteria without something separating you from the dining in any way.
