When they did go and add more I got less than a table spoon. Chipotle food is always great but the service here was not very good. The area I’m pointing to with the fork is the “extra chicken.”

The flavor and noodles was OFF from my first tast. My bestie wanted me to try this spot for my birthday, I agreed and "it was what it was" mediocre at best.

Three out of four of my family members enjoy guacamole on tacos, burritos and a bowl there guacamole was brown and oxidized. When I mentioned it or asked if there was fresh guacamole, they could use on my tacos. They indicated all the guacamole is brown and that’s what it looks like. In my opinion if your product is dissatisfactory and rotten you shouldn’t be serving it and that is not an appropriate response. If I was an employee there, I would get my manager and explain to them that customers are complaining about the brown guacamole I will never go to that location again.

However the last 2 times we've gotten meals we have noticed that the chicken is under seasoned and does not have the normal Chipotle chicken flavor. Also, the chips were overcooked and hard to eat not flaky crispy like we normally get them. Like I said normally the experience is good. But for the amount we pay for our meal it hasn't been worth it.

Thankfully, there wasn’t a line and we were greeted by the team right away. I went for the chicken bowl and my coworker went for the carne asada. My bowl was totally fine, but my coworker told me the carne asada was not fresh and all just fat pieces, which is not what the usual quality Chipotle would deliver… it was unfortunate. I do have to mention that the dining area and restroom were both clean though.
