Staff was unapologetic and made me get back in line twice.

Neither me or my husband had ate all day, we put in an online order for pickup. We're on the motorcycle and get there just as the storms hitting. Its 10pm, a whole hour before they close. My husband had to yell at them to even get them to acknowledge him. Only to be told the order wasnt even started and they're out of food. AN HOUR BEFORE THEY CLOSE. My bowl had rice and scraps if chicken. Thats it. My husband paid for double meat and got barely one serving. So we paid almost $30 for rice and scraps of chicken. Meanwhile, there's a whole storm yanking there umbrellas across the parking lot, we gotta ride home and they're screwing around. So unbelievably mad and fed up with this location. The worst.

The rice was hard and tasted like I was biting into a lime, completely overwhelming any other flavor in the rice. The steak pieces were hard and mostly rubbery fat that was unchewable. My wife had the shredded beef bowl which she said the meat was better but everything still tasted like lime. The only reason we went there was because we received a gift card from a friend. We won't be going back.
