I ordered my usual the Chicken schwarma wrap and 4 Falafel rings, It is not what it was. The Schwarma wasn't popping with flavors, the fresh veggies were not apparent, chicken seemed lower grade and dark meat, and the falafel exterior texture was almost like a panko flake. I have been a repeat customer since they were in the shell station at 67th & Cactus. I am not sure if the original owner sold? I will give it another try next time I am in the area. Don't get me wrong it wasn't bad, just not what it was. Different recipe and technique. The gentleman and his wife I met back in the day at the shell station location was extremely humble, passionate and kind, I know they slaved all day and prepping sauces and food after they closed. It just doesn't feel like that is still there. I will try again here soon.
