  If you bring me some queso once and it's hot and I ask to send it back n it comes back n it's not hot again I won't ask for no a 3rd time I'll ask to take it off my bill when you can't do that and offer me queso to go Ask you store manager to allow you to comp what you need to

  Every single time I go here, it takes 20 minutes to get WATER. This last time I had people get sat around me and served first before I even got my ORDER IN. It was too frustrating and I just walked out, will never go here again. And before you say they’re busy, multiple servers were sitting around looking bored, don’t want to hear it.

  Just wanted to be sure to acknowledge the Manager (Derius Mcgill) and him going beyond my expectations to resolve a problem with a take out order that became a problem a few days ago! I totally appreciate all he did to make this right for my family. Should be more people like him with his Customer service skills! Thanks again bro, you are the best!👏🏾👍🏾🫶🏾

  I don’t leave reviews but I can’t help myself with this one. The place was so loud you couldn’t even hear the person in front of you talk. The restaurant was a MESS and DIRTY and kids were just running around like we were at McDonalds play gym along with the smell. The smell made me loose my appetite. The food was disgusting and disappointing. My fried pickles weren’t even cooked completely and soggy. My food came out cold and my fries were rock hard. The only reason I would give this place one star was because the server was nice even though my order was half wrong. Will not be returning and I use to love eating at Buffalo Wild Wings. I would of rather ate McDonalds for better food and saved half the price.

  I had the worst experience with my family last Saturday 04/11/2026 I didn’t pay much attention to the place, but once they sat us down and we had ordered our drinks and food, is when I took a look at the atmosphere/environment we were in and was completely shocked at how dirty this place actually was, I was like oh my God, are we really eating here, but I just didn’t think nothing much of it because we had ordered our food and beverages, I know next time to walk out before, oh and I forgot to mentioned that the staff was really rude the waitress or host or waiter or whatever you want to call them, well she was taking my order and she seemed nice at first but for some odd reason her moods and energy shifted towards us and she started talking and acting funny rude way with me and my wife, right in front of of my 16 yr old and 19 yr old daughters and my 4 yr old and My 8 yr old sons, I just couldn’t believe how rude these people were to US & to there other customers as well, when WE, THE PEOPLE are the ones eating out there at this fine location, ESPECIALLY where the location is at, I would have thought that they would have mannerism manners and respect for their customers, I knew I should have talked to the manager but I didn’t because I didn’t want to make it a big deal, now I didn’t get that lady’s name, but she had the most ugliest attitude , like why did we have to run into her attitude while ordering our meal, is like I didn’t even enjoy my meal with my kids and wife. The food was alright not so great when you got employees just starring at you while you eat. It was just a 0 out of 0 experience for me and my family. And I TOTALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND, AT LEAST THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE TRYING TO HAVE A NICE FINE DINNER OR WHATEVER YOUR CELEBRATING WITH THE FAMILY OR WITH THE WIFEY . It just sucks because it’s at a nice location, anyone would want to bring their family or wife here for an experience. I love Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been coming here since I was young and I don’t want to make it my last, just because of that bad incident. I just ask that they check there employees and have them follow a mannerism protocol. At the end of the day it will get you better tips and better work flow. And I put 2 stars for the food even though it was good but because I couldn’t enjoy it. And all the other stuff 1 star if I could put no stars I would … and I still tipped when I shouldn’t have smh …
