- EWEricka Whitley2 days ago2.0I usually love Barro's pizza, but this time when I call it in, Danna F. took our order. She seems like she was in a hurry when taking my order(called about 4:30). When we picked it up (25 minutes later) it wasn't even hot. When we were eating it there was hardly any pizza sauce on it and looked like it was thrown together. Don't think I will be back to that location again 😔.

The manager asked me to send photos which I did but then was going back and forth with me on how he felt it was a gristle from the sausage. I know what gristle is and it’s not that. It’s clearly human hair. You can see what a gristle is on the last picture which is clear/white. You can clearly see another piece twined into the cheese and not coming form the sausage which he said it was coming from. He seemed another the he was issuing a credit for a medium pizza. Please improve your customer service!

There was have you been helped or how can I help you. That great customer service that brings customers back. The owner needs to evaluate their employees and maybe offer them better training
