  Best customer service I have ever received, bar none! The young gentleman(I believe his name was Eric)who helped me had outstanding service and was beyond helpful and welcoming, he gave the best service I have ever received at any food establishment with his kind , helpful, positive, and professional demeanor while also providing a great pizza that was cooked to perfection where the crust wasn’t too soft and wasn’t burnt either - just perfect for the crisp outer parts with perfect inside crust texture, also had great red sauce that was seasoned nicely , and the red sauce , topping, and cheese ratio was spot on. Will be coming back and recommending and also will be letting my fellow co teachers and school district know about coming here and using this location in the future for any events or if just craving some pizza. Great job Barro’s and staff, amazing service and pizza like this is hard to come by these days and you guys were above and beyond on the food and service !

  I went today 5/15/26 around 8pm at the 13971 N 59th Ave, Glendale location for a date night with my fiancé and came out very disappointed by the service. There was two young people running the front and when we got there it was empty and we sat down in the first booth and a girl named Kimberly Z. (got the name from the receipt) cleaning the windows decides to just go to the window close to us and spray the window cleaner on our faces, it caught us off guard then a rush came in and they were not able to manage the orders. One guy was just running everywhere forgetting everything the other girl was just standing around. As I see all the tables around me get their orders, I went to the from to ask the guy if my order was coming he said, yes that they were back up but it should be coming out soon. I waiting for a total of 45 minutes and nobody came to check in to give me an update so I went to the front to ask again and they never put in the order in the first place, I just asked for a refund and we walked away. Unfortunately I won't be going back to this location. Hopefully they can have better training for their employees so this does not happen to someone else.

  Had takeout mega meat xl pizza other than meatballs had very little meat toppings , not sure why you call it mega?most likely wont try again .

  After placing my order on the phone, I gave enough time to pick up (30 minutes), got to the restaurant and it wasn't ready, also they were super slow, only 4 tables were occupied, I asked how long will it take, they said 30 more minutes, CRAPY RESTAURANT, CRAPY SERVICE, NEVER AGAIN, I RATHER GO TO PULLANOS, BETTER ATMOSPHERE AND BETTER FOOD
