  Clean, friendly, quiet, service was great. We got the pulled pork sandwich meal. Food was good, price was good.

  I had a really good beef and cheddar meal with potato cakes everything was hot and you can tell that it's definitely made to order good location.

  Yesterday evening our family of 5 decided we wanted Arby’s for dinner as it had been a while since we’ve had it. My daughter and I went through the drive-thru and we placed our order. The total came to $57. We ordered 5 sandwiches (2 double beef & cheddars and 1 double classic, 2 buffalo chicken sliders,) 1 combo, 6 count of mozzarella, and a side order of fries and a coke. When we got to the window to pay I informed the cashier that we would like extra Arby’s sauce please. She said sure, took my payment and we waited. After receiving the food I looked in the bag and there were only 5 packets of Arby’s sauce. I asked politely if I could please have more Arby’s sauce and she said no that’s the amount they give. I then asked if I could please buy more and she said they could not do that. I understand restaurants not wanting to give out tons of it in every bag and I understand restaurants having sauce policies that require customers to pay for extra which is why I offered. Frustrated after spending almost $60 on dinner and being told they would give us extra sauce and then did not I went inside and filled up several of the disposable ramekins with Arby’s sauce. While I was doing so an older woman leered around the counter and started laughing and whispering to the cashier who was at the window. As I was preparing to leave I approached the counter and called out to anyone who might be working if I could please speak to the manager or get the name of the cashier and the manager but no one came to the counter. As someone who has several years of customer service, serving experience, fast food/food industry experience I was absolutely disgusted and appalled by the treatment I received at this restaurant. I was calm and respectful and even offered to buy more sauce so I don’t understand what the issue was and I really don’t understand why no one was at the counter. Arby’s has been receiving a bad rep on social media calling it old people food, nasty, etc but I’ve always loved Arby’s especially the sauce but I’m not sure I want to spend my money there anymore if this is the kind of treatment my family and I will receive. I really hope this reaches the right person as I don’t want this same experience to happen to others.

  Chicken sandwiches are hard to eat. So dry and just not worth even a quarter of the price. French drip was good but I ordered the half pounder and they put way less meat than others
