She was unable to provide a refund for the order despite missing parts. She was unwilling to help an unpleased customer. I will not be ordering from the wingstop on Warner again. I expect to get the food I paid for.

Just order online, pay online, grab n eat 👍 Love their mango habernero bone-in. 😋 Not a big fan of dry rub, wish their honey hot was wet. Love the cajun corn, too. The employee I spoke with assured me that he would relay my request to the kitchen staff. Upon arriving home, I was disappointed to find that my wings had very little, if any, sauce on them. When a customer makes a specific request and is assured that it will be communicated and accommodated, there is a reasonable expectation that the request will be followed. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations and was disappointing, particularly given my past experiences with similar issues at this location. UPDATE: NO RESPONSE. I'M UNSURE WHY THEY SAY TO CONTACT THEM JUST FOR THEM NOT TO GET BACK TO YOU. DO BETTER.

I walked in last night again not with the same amount of busyness and still had the same smile and welcoming attitude! This kid deserves recognition for outstanding customer service and a great attitude.
