  A cashier named Ruby went above and beyond for me today. She's a sweetheart. So ty to her and give her a raise!!! (I'm forreal) But yeah I hardly eat here but when i do...I don't go to any ol what-a-burger. Mostly high schoolers run the others and don't provide cust service. GO SEE RUbY.

  Service is terrible here. The workers are lazy. They are so slow too. Depends on the cook, food is terrible sometimes. The owners need to come in and retrain these employees. Who knows if they spit on people’s food too. Possibility because they are lacking service. Get a new crew please asap before they ruin this new place.

  It genuinely pains me to write this because I am a big fan of Whataburger and usually praise their great service, but this recent visit was a total operational failure. ​I got stuck in the drive-thru line with only two other cars for about 15 minutes. The employee at the window was visibly overwhelmed and discombobulated, telling me they were short-staffed and that he was new and considering quitting. I figured there must have been an entire baseball team inside to cause that kind of delay and frustration. They handed me my milkshakes and asked me to pull around. I waited another 5 to 10 minutes for my food. While parked, I realized one shake was completely wrong and the other wasn't even mixed correctly (very syrupy). ​I decided to go inside to get it sorted out. Instead of a packed house, there were only two other customers waiting—and I learned they had been standing there for 30 minutes! I waited another 10 minutes just to be greeted. Seeing four employees working behind the counter (which seemed like plenty for an empty lobby), I had to call into the cooking area just to get someone's attention to request a refund. ​I was told I had to wait for a manager. When the manager finally arrived, they told me a refund could be processed but not right now. They wanted me to trust that it would be completed at a later time. I politely but firmly stated I was not comfortable leaving until the refund was initiated. The manager begrudgingly processed it on the spot and told me it would take 24 hours to process. Just a severely mismanaged shift from start to finish. I hope ownership steps in to get this location back up to the Whataburger standard.

  I understand how businesses work i’ve been going to Whataburger on and off for 30 years of my life but I been here 3 weeks in a row after 9pm and they told me all 3 times the shake machine is down, “for cleaning” . I had to cancel my orders 3 times because I was displeased by selection of service. A lot of customers would appreciate it if we could find a more reasonable time to clean the machine or not clean it during these hours as many people depend on the late shifts for the simple things.This recently started happening and idk why its very annoying to the point where I considered never stopping at this location again….so remember what you want might not be available due to cleaning if u show up at a certain times customers beware
