Didn’t apologize just offered me a replacement drink. I don’t like to be problematic so I accepted the replacement. A different person made it, she was sweet and apologized for the incident despite it having not been her fault or problem. So shout out to that lady I appreciate her.(sole reason I’m not leaving a 1 star is her) Still an overall let down of an experience I was so excited to try this place.
