  I came into tropical while going to target and went in for a smoothie. I got a blimey limey that I have got plenty of times and for many years but it had no flavor expect the taste of tart and bitterness. That flavor usually is masked by the sweetness of the other flavors when properly made. I quickly came back when I noticed the horrible taste of my $8 smoothie. I kindly asked to be swapped for a mango magic due to the smoothie being unpalatable. The Arabic girl did not know to use the pos system and grant the exchange or refund but she then went to the back and gossiped for a few. I then randomly heard " Then don't order a lime smoothie idiot" and I was offended in the remarks made because I don't think I was out of line for asking for a exchange or refund on a unpalatable $8 smoothie. The Arabic girl also instead of trying to understand kept asking if I had ever had the smoothie before in which my answer was yes plenty times. I even showed her how pale the smoothie was. I believe the girl who made the remark was a blond or brunette girl which I didn't know who because they were in the back gossiping and taking phone calls. (Because I could hear the phone ringing and being answered) After wasting my time for about 10 minutes I called it quits and just walked out with the managers number due to no one being help. The Arabic girl also said the girl wanted to apologize which I had no interest in. Go apologize to your parents for not being raised right and being immature in your choices. If you say something you must of meant it. Excuse my description by race but I was not provided no info on who said it (did not want to snitch who) and only was provided the managers number and name. I am deeply disappointed as a long long time customer. I will never give my business to this location ever again. Train your employees on how to run a store and I also don't believe you should have so many containers open and without a lid. Everything was out on the counters. Fruits and topping, maybe they were cleaning or swapping stock but no lids on more than a dozen ingredients? Seems like a health hazard if I've ever seen one.

  I had a fantastic experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe today, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by Avery and Layla. From the moment I walked in, they were both incredibly welcoming and friendly. They took the time to explain the different smoothie options and helped me choose one that perfectly matched my taste. What really stood out was their attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm. They made the whole process enjoyable, and the smoothie was delicious! I highly recommend this location, especially if you have Avery and Layla working. They truly go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

  I order the smoothies and bowls on uber eats all the time and it's always so fresh and delicious. You can taste the real fruit in the smoothie and the flavor is so rich and satisfying. This place is better than any of their competitors that I've tried.
