  First time going bad night to go as it was grad night apparently. Whole top floor was rented out. Never got a chance to try it out. Would have been the first time going. The place is very pricey at $79 an hour. So, if you're going to go either, get a few people or go after 10, when it's half price. So just had drinks at the bar.

  Always a great date at Top Golf!! They have a variety of fun games, good golf clubs so you don't have to bring your own unless you want too, and one of the better "membership" deals out there.

  I called to find out whether Topgolf had ended their Topgolf Night promotion. This outing was being planned to celebrate my birthday, and I had been relying on the pricing advertised on your website while coordinating a group event. When the website suddenly would no longer allow me to book at that price, I called specifically for help and clarification on whether the promotion had been discontinued. What made the situation more frustrating is that Topgolf’s own policy prevents bookings more than 14 days in advance. Because of this restriction, I was unable to secure pricing earlier and was ultimately left scrambling at the last minute due to both the sudden change in pricing and the lack of any warning. My primary concern, however, was the interaction with the representative I spoke to by phone. The rep was patronizing, monotone, and showed little to no interest in acknowledging or empathizing with my frustration. The way she communicated came across as dismissive and unhelpful, which only compounded an already frustrating situation. There is a professional and respectful way to speak with customers, and unfortunately, this experience fell well short of that standard

  I never find the need to leave reviews. Today I do. When It comes to customer service , I personally believe that a company’s employees make the biggest difference in the overall experience. I strongly applaud the manager, a man whose name I don’t remember, with a presence I won’t ever forget. At top golf, an altercation took place, where one of the women I was with felt physically threatend. This was neither fault of guest nor host, but I wanted to get on this app and say I truly do appreciate the way that the manager(might be the wrong technical title) handled the situation. Phenomenal job. It’s important to both me, and my group, that this individual is not only recognized, but also rewarded for the way that he acted. Slight personal background, I am 20 years old and look forward to raising my kids in a similar sense that this man handled business. As a loyal customer, I beg that top golf would take my review into consideration, find the specific employee (manager I believe) that I’m talking about, and give this proffesional a raise. Like I said previously, I’m not one to leave reviews, but the absolute perfection of customer service led me to this exact place and time. Please consider my words and ultimately use them as a reflection of the business being done at topgolf. (Gilbert TopGolf, roughly 2:15pm on April 26th . I will continue to come to TopGolf in then future, and I strongly believe that people who go above and beyond should be rewarded. Please reward the person who helped my friends and myself.   We had such an amazing experience at Topgolf, and Zach made it unforgettable. From the moment we got there, his personality stood out, so friendly, attentive, and genuinely fun to be around. We were actually about 30 minutes late to our reservation, and Zach handled it so smoothly without making us feel stressed or charging any extra fees. That alone meant a lot. Throughout the entire time, we never once had to look for him or flag him down. he was always right there when we needed anything. He made sure we had everything, even going out of his way to grab me a phone charger, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our food and drinks came out super fast, and everything in our order was 100% correct. You can tell he really cares about his guests and takes pride in what he does. Honestly, it was one of the best service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Zach made the whole night feel effortless and fun. Highly recommend asking for him if you go!
