  I visited the drive thru and placed an order for tacos and a nachos bell grande both with substitutions for ground beef due to being vegetarian. When I got home I realized the nachos bell grande still had beef on it. I checked the receipt and the substitution was listed correctly. Fully understandable that mistakes happen, I called the store and talked to the store manager to get a refund and he was extremely rude to me over the phone. Immediately he did not believe me, stating that he made it so it could not be wrong. I quickly explained there was still ground beef and I'd be happy to share a picture if thats what was necessary. He asked if I wanted a new one in an irritated manner. I said I would prefer a refund since I have already gotten home. He cut me off multiple times repeatedly saying in a rude tone that they cannot do refunds over the phone. I started the conversation on the phone in a very respectful manner and to get this rude communication in return is unacceptable. I decided to drive all the way back to the store to receive a refund because I am unable to eat the food I received. The store manager immediately switched to apologizing profusely and refunded the food, gave me a refund, and free desserts. I appreciate the effort to fix the situation in person but the conversation over the phone was extremely unacceptable and I will not be returning to this location as a result.

  My experience at this location is bad. This cashier’s talking to me as if I have to memorize the all menu and hurry up and I was the only one at the drive thru. When I asked one of them (Trace E Y) why she was mad she told me she was having trouble hearing properly. And tried to calm down. And that’s something they need to talk with the manager or the one in charge so they can fix that. This is my second time buying Taco Bell. And at least at this location it’s the last one. Rude people “working” here. So disappointing. No wonder the tacos were smashed when I opened them.

  Went to the drive thru to place an order. The automated message asked if I was checking in and I said Yes. The guy came on and said What can I get you? I provided my check in code and he said again quickly, what can I get you? I began ordering and noticed he still hadn’t entered my code (which I thought you had to do in the beginning) I asked if he was going to enter it and he sighed heavily and tried to repeat the code but was wrong. I gave him the code again and the tone in which he replied, made me question if he enjoys his job. I made the comment, “you don’t have to act like you hate your job” and he said “Well then… you can just pull around to the window!” And then immediately called his manager inside from her smoke break. Once it was my turn at the window, the manager walks up and tells me my total. I ask her for the gentleman’s name who took my order. She stared at me blankly for a few seconds and would not release his name. Instead, she said “What did he do? I’m the manager” I proceeded to express how condescending and rude he was. She seemed to not give a crap either and told me my total. I did not pay because I was not going to take my chance with the guy (Leif) also making my food. I will never recommend this TB location to anyone ever, just for the service alone
