  Service is terrible at this location... it's been an ongoing issue for some time now, to the point I will drive out of my way to a farther location to get my slushie fix

  WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THIS LOCATION!!!!!! This is the first time Sonic has let me down! Bad!!!!!!!! With my pregnancy cravings through roof! Man, I am disappointed. First, I ordered and waited 30 minutes for my food. The cost of what I ordered was $40. The moment I get my food, I always checked my bag. Good thing I checked, they gave me the wrong appetizer. I asked for the correct appetizer I ordered. Which they apologized and made for me. But my fries and tots were cold and looked like an old batch left from another order. My hatched chili burger had little chili on it. I ordered a coney footlong. The dog itself tasted stale! No ranch for the poppers because they didn't get their shipment in. Ridiculous!!!!!!! Not worth the payment and not worth the wait! As much as I wanted to speak to a manager. I left, because I don't want to be over dramatic for something that could have been better run by someone with a team that cares about food quality and guest service. Sonic, I hope you do better in the future and get better management and a better team at this location. I rather take my business elsewhere to another location.

  What is going on?! I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes, 2 cars. On a Thursday at 2:30 for drinks…everyone on the line left but he had already taken our money we waited 10 minutes alone just for that.

  Usually don’t leave a review but from a food safety standpoint wanted to say something. We went to this location this week, and beyond it taking probably 30 minutes to get our order of 3 ice cream blasts when we got them they were like water in terms of how liquidy and warm they were, and the worst part was the taste and smell was like sour milk. There was clearly something wrong with their ice cream machine if the ice cream tastes like milk gone bad. We asked for a refund, instead they brought back out the order again still tasting and smelling like rotten milk. They didn’t say anything about it just came and left with the items. We threw them out and went home with no refund.

  Yeah just went and it was smooth at first but there was so greeting the kid at the window had an AirPod in and looked fried, he gave me my drink and the lid wasn’t on all the way so it spilt everywhere in my car. I was nice and asked him to fill it up and he takes the cup I had and refilled it with no ice. Idk how people who work in fast food lack intelligence but I will never go back here
